Hands-Only CPR 04/16

The Hand-Only CPR course is designed to teach the basics of performing CPR. The primary focus is on chest compressions to help someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. The Hands-Only CPR class target audience is the general public, including those with no prior CPR experience. This course teaches recognition of cardiac arrest, how to perform effective chest compressions, and how to use an AED. Classes will be held at the Public Safety classroom, located at 275 US Route One in Scarborough.

It is recommended that you bring a notepad and writing utensil to class.

PLEASE NOTE: This free class does not include a course completion card/certificate. You must take the Heartsaver CPR & AED course to receive a course completion card.
