Sr-Bowdoin Arctic Museum
Join us for a visit to the Peary-MacMillan Arctic Museum at Bowdoin College. Named after famous explorers and Bowdoin alumni, Robert E. Peary and Donald B. MacMillan, the museum showcases a diverse collection of over 41,000 artifacts relating to exploration and research in the Arctic. Objects in the permanent collection and rotating exhibits include contemporary Canadian Inuit and Alaskan Yup’ik and Iñupiat art, anthropological objects, films, photographs, and more. We will find lunch at one of the local eateries (not included) before returning to SCS.
Cost of lunch is on your own.
